Ali Muhammad Jatak Ineligible To Contest Elections
Balochistan High Court on Monday has declared PPP Provincial President, Ali Muhammad Jatak ineligible to contest upcoming polls by maintaining decision of RO and Election Tribunal.

Ali Muhammad Jatak had challenged decision of Appelate tribunal.

On the other hand, Balochistan High Court allowed Mir Aali Bugti to contest elections from PB-10 Dera Bugti.

PTI, PPP Balochistan Chiefs Disqualified for Upcoming Polls:

On June 26, the appellate tribunal declared president of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Balochistan chapter disqualified for the forthcoming election.PTI, PPP Balochistan Chiefs Disqualified for Upcoming PollsAccording to details election tribunal heard PTI provincial chief Sardar Muhammad Rind’s appeal against returning officer rejection of his nomination papers. After hearing the arguments the tribunal upheld the RO’s decision of rejection of his papers.

Yar Muhammad Rind nomination papers were rejected over cases of murder in Dhadhr police station in 2017 and fake degree case. PTI provincial chief was contesting from NA-260 and PB-17.Yar Muhammad Rind decided to approach Balochistan High Court against the election tribunal decision.

Meanwhile, the nomination papers of PPP provincial president Ali Madad Jatak were also rejected and declared disqualified for the next election, however, he had decided to approach BHC.

He was the candidate from PB-31 Quetta for the upcoming election.
