Pakistan To Raise Indian Atrocities In Kashmir At Int’l Level: PM
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Wednesday said that Indian forces have recently injured more than 200 Kashmiris in an attempt to suppress the voice of Kashmiris, but it is a failed agenda.

He was addressing the joint meeting of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council and legislative assembly in Muzaffarabad. He said that Indian forces not only targeted unarmed civilians but also attacked those participating in funeral prayers.

The Prime Minister also appealed the United Nations to appoint an observer in Indian held Kashmir for monitoring the atrocities from the Indian forces.
The prime minister also met with the representatives of Hurriyat conference in Muzaffarabad and said that Pakistan will send envoys to six important capitals to highlight Indian brutalities in occupied Kashmir.

The premier assured that the government, the people and all political parties will continue to vigorously provide moral, diplomatic and political support to Kashmir cause.
He said Pakistan has always supported the implementation of United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions that call for granting right to self-determination to the people of Kashmir. He said that he himself has highlighted the Kashmir issue in all his meetings at the UN and the OIC.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said he and his cabinet members are in Muzaffarabad today to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

The representatives of APHC appreciated Pakistan’s quick response on recent Indian brutalities in occupied Kashmir. They said that diplomatic efforts need to be enhanced to sensitize the international community about the situation in occupied valley.
