Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday vowed that PPP will resist the imposition of the presidential system in the country.
“You cannot bring a presidential system through democratic means. All political parties will oppose the imposition of the presidential system,” he said while talking to media.
The PPP chairman called NAB a black law and an institution made by former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf for political engineering.
Bilawal also advised PTI govt to not make the Pak-China Economic Corridor (CPEC) project a controversial. “Government should make sure there will be no compromise on CPEC,” he added.
He said that PPP is ready to work with govt for the betterment of the system, but right now the time is not good for bringing the new system in the country.
