Sri Lanka Cricket and Cricket South Cricket series postponed Africa
Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) and Cricket South Africa (CSA) have jointly decided to postpone the upcoming series that was scheduled in June 2020.

South Africa were due to play three-match ODI series and as many T20Is against the Islanders. The boards will now work together to find a suitable date to play the series once the situation becomes clearer.

“Sri Lanka Cricket wishes to announce that the South Africa National Team Tour of Sri Lanka, which was scheduled to take place during the month of June 2020, has been postponed, owing to the current pandemic (Covid – 19) situation facing globally,” SLC said in a statement.

It must be noted that numerous cricket series and franchise leagues have been postponed due to persistent COVID-19 threat.
