Russian President says no proof Iran was behind Saudi attacks

Russian President Vladimir Putin has said there is no evidence that Iran is responsible for an attack on Saudi oil infrastructure.

Addressing at an energy conference in Moscow, he said we condemn the attacks but we are against shifting the blame to Iran without any proof.
