Traders continue nationwide shutterdown strike on Wednesday against the anti-business policies of the government and new taxation system introduced by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
According to details, traders in Islamabad and Rawalpindi gave a powerful message about their unity as many shops and outlets are remained closed in the twin cities.
The nationwide strike call was given by All-Pakistan Anjuman-i-Tajiran (APAT).
The leaders of traders’ associations said that if FBR does not simply the tax procedure then we will lock our shops and hand over the keys to the prime minister.
Traders demanded that the incumbent government should play its role to resolve the problems of the business community.
