PNS Shah Jahan (D-186), a Pakistani Navy battleship, paid a visit to the Muscat port of Oman on Tuesday.
The Tariq-class destroyer which was recommissioned back in 1994 received a warm welcome of Omani Navy officials on reaching the harbour.
According to Pakistan Navy spokesperson, Commanding officer PNS Shah Jahan called on-base commander Wudam at the Naval base.
The two military leaders exchanged thoughts on affairs of mutual interest and PNS Shah Jahan and few ships of Omani navy carried out joint training missions at the end of the trip, the spokesperson said.
