NAB Acquires 10 thousand Acre Land from Land Mafia
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has retrieved more than 10000 acres of land from the land mafia and handed over to the government.

According to details, the revelation came during a NAB high ups meeting presided over by NAB chairman justice retired Javed Iqbal and it also reviewed the performance of the regional bureaus.Meeting informed that NAB force has retrieved 10000 acres of land from Jamshoro, in Bula Khan police limit and handed over it to Sindh government. NAB has arrested three employees of revenue department who are involved in making fake records and they have sold out state land costing Rs 75 billion by joining hands with the land mafia in Jamshoro.

Addressing to the high ups, the chief of anti-graft watchdog said that NAB was implementing the policy of root out the menace of corruption from the society and the NAB’s last seven months performance was showing it has been implementing unbiased accountability policy.The meeting was also told that NAB has retrieved more than 2000 million rupees from October 11, 2017, 240 persons arrested and filed references against 230 people in accountability bureau.

“It is a major success of the NAB and it will helpful for the prosperity of the country,” he said.
