Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday stressed on the need for the implementation of the Final Report of the High-Level Panel on Inter­national Financial Account­ability, Transparency and Integrity for Achieving the 2030 Development Agenda (FACTI Panel) to stem the illicit outflow of money — which he said amounts to $1 trillion every year — from developing countries to tax havens.
