Iranian President rejects bilateral talks with US
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has said that no decision has been taken to hold talks with the United States.

Addressing Parliament in Tehran, he said Iran will always have a negative answer to any offer of bilateral talks with the United States.

He said European nations are failing to implement their commitments following the U.S. pullout from the 2015 nuclear deal with Tehran.

Earlier, Rouhani had said that Iran would not talk to the United States until the later lifted all of the sanctions it reimposed after it exited a 2015 nuclear deal last year.
