An Indian fighter jet crashed in the Budgam district
An Indian fighter jet crashed in the Budgam district in Indian-occupied Kashmir on Wednesday morning, killing two pilots onboard, local media reported.

The plane, that had taken off from Srinagar airbase, crashed in an open field in Budgam.

The incident occurs amid escalating tensions between Pakistan and India, a day after Indian jets violated Pakistani airspace by intruding from the Muzaffarabad sector.
