Bilawal Bhutto Challenges Imran,Shehbaz To Contest From Karachi

Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto
Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Wednesday termed Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif as the chief of killers and Imran Khan as Taliban Khan.

He said this during a visit to PPP membership campaign camp at Shahrae-Faisal attended by several PPP activists.

The PPP Chairman said that if Imran Khan and Shehbaz Sharif wanted to participate in the polls from Karachi, they could do so but would not be able to win from there.

He said that Why I am expelled is not the slogan of masses and the reopening of memogate case is an attempt to divert attention from Panama issue.

“Everyone knows that memogate is a fake case,” he said.

He said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) elected a controversial figure as party president, who has yet to answer in different corruption cases.

Bilawal said Shehbaz is answerable about accusations of corruption and kickbacks in the Ashiana Housing Scheme and Multan Metro cases.

Responding to a question whether his party is supporting parliament or judiciary in the current circumstances, the PPP chief said that his party is with the masses and wants to solves their problems.

Bilawal mocked claims by Shehbaz and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan of winning from Karachi in the upcoming general elections, saying the city’s residents will reject “Taliban’s brother”, Shehbaz and those sitting in London.

“The masses only want PPP [in power] and it will be victorious.

Commenting on the memogate scandal, Bilawal said everyone knows it is nothing but a farce, adding that PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif is bringing the case in the limelight again to divert attention from cases against him.
